- Where do we begin if we have not used AI yet?
- Begin with the introduction. In one half-day, we review your situation with your leadership team. Within a few working days, the written advice sets out prioritised opportunities across strategy, training, operations and marketing, and recommends one first step.
- Who actually does the work, and who sits at our table?
- You work with an Upsider lead strategist and have one consistent point of contact. Depending on the chosen step, our fixed team of developers in the EU and trainers carry out the work. We agree responsibilities before starting.
- How do you handle our data?
- We work under GDPR and put a data processing agreement in place where needed. Customer data is not used to train AI models and goes to an AI system only as agreed. We work with our fixed team of developers in the EU and prefer EU storage. See Data and security for more detail.
- What if the introduction shows that AI would not help us now?
- We say so in the written advice. You receive the reasoning and why we do not recommend a next step at this point.
- Do we need to address AI literacy?
- Organisations that use AI take measures to support their employees’ AI literacy. Our training courses can be one such measure, with an intake by role, a practice assignment and proof of attendance for your own records. The right measures depend on your roles and systems.
- How is a next step agreed?
- After the introduction, we agree the scope, effort, metric and decision point for each chosen step before work begins.
