Leadership and board

What is our AI plan?

You need to know where AI makes sense across your organisation and who decides what follows. Upsider brings opportunities in strategy, training, operations and marketing into written advice with one recommended first step.

The board, a shareholder or your leadership team asks for a plan, while separate initiatives have no clear owner or measure.

Overview
One view of opportunities across the organisation, with a clear choice of where to begin.
Accountability
A metric and a limit for each opportunity, followed by a decision at an agreed point.
Ownership
An owner in your organisation for every opportunity you take forward.
Policy
Agreements on AI use and data before teams develop an application further.

For your role

Choose where to begin

  • Strategy

We map opportunities and agree who decides, what you measure and when. Start with a leadership session or an opportunity map.

  • Training

We tailor training to each role using your tools and cases. An intake shapes the programme; a practice assignment shows what people apply.

  • Operations

We review one process, choose a suitable application and agree what a pilot must measure before you decide on the next step.

  • Marketing

We assess whether advertising on ChatGPT fits your offer and set up a campaign with an agreed measure of success.

Leadership and board

Do we need a full strategy before trying anything?
You can begin with a defined, measurable first step. In the introduction, we consider the people, policy and decisions it needs. The written advice sets these out.
How much time does this take from the leadership team?
The introduction takes one half-day with your leadership team, on site or online. You receive written advice within a few working days. We agree decision points for any work that follows.
Who does the work?
Upsider works through a lead strategist, trainers and our fixed team of developers in the EU. For each step, we agree who delivers it, who owns it in your organisation and who your point of contact is.
