- 01Process and boundaries
You choose one process and define inputs, outputs, data boundaries and human checks.
- 02Build between sessions
You build on the platform your organisation already uses between the half-days.
- 03Check and hand over
You try familiar cases, address errors and agree how the agent will be managed.
You build an agent for the practice assignment and take a before-and-after measurement. At the follow-up session four to six weeks later, you review use and handover.

- Do participants need to know how to code?
- That depends on your existing platform. We check the skills and access needed during the intake.
- Can participants fit this around their work?
- Yes. They build their own case between three half-days over three to four weeks.
