How do we bring everyone along?

People use AI in different ways at work. Upsider shapes training by role, using your tools and cases, so you can see what participants apply in practice.

Staff are already using public AI tools, the leadership team wants an approach and AI literacy is on the agenda.

Per role
An intake for each group and a programme matched to the work, tools and risks of that role.
Evidence
A practice assignment with a before-and-after measurement of practical use.
Records
Proof of attendance and a short account for your organisation’s own records.
Policy
A link to AI policy and governance so staff know which agreements apply.

Does this support AI literacy?
Organisations that use AI take measures to support their employees’ AI literacy. There is no prescribed course. Our training courses can be one such measure and provide proof of attendance for your own records.
Can we start with one team?
Yes. We begin with an intake for that team, use your tools and cases, and set a practice assignment that can be measured before and after training. You can then decide which other roles need their own programme.
How often should we train?
A follow-up session takes place after four to six weeks. We review the practice assignment and measurement, then agree any further programme or refresher work.
