- 01Role and case
You define your remit, owner, stakeholders and metric.
- 02Guide the work
You work through the case with colleagues and record obstacles and decisions.
- 03Advise leadership
You present what was applied, what remains and which decision is needed.
You run a case as a practice assignment with a before-and-after measurement. At the follow-up session after four to six weeks, you agree your role in guiding AI work.
