Operations and process owners

Where does AI really save time?

Start with one process that involves repeated manual work or corrections. Upsider maps the work, records a baseline measurement and develops a suitable application and pilot plan.

Workload is rising without more capacity. People re-enter data, wait for handovers or correct recurring errors in the same process.

One process
A clearly defined process as the first scope, with an owner and a measurable outcome.
Baseline
Time, errors and turnaround measured before anything changes.
Human checks
A clear point where a person checks the output and takes over when needed.
Ongoing care
An agreed owner for maintenance after the pilot and a way to report exceptions.

Operations and process owners

Which process should we choose first?
We look for repeated manual work with a clear measure. The process review provides a baseline measurement, a suitable application, a business case and a pilot plan. Team leads can also take Improving processes with AI.
Does IT need to be involved?
For the process review, we speak with the people who know the work. For a pilot, we involve IT in access, data flows and maintenance so the application fits your systems and policies.
What if the pilot delivers less than expected?
We measure for four weeks from go-live and compare results with the baseline measurement. We then advise whether to stop, adjust or scale up, including the limits of what the measurement shows.
