The introduction

An introduction that gives clear direction.

In a half-day with your leadership or management team, we go through and weigh opportunities across strategy, training, operations and marketing. Within a few working days, the written advice recommends one first step.

Who it is for
Leadership and management teams in medium-sized and large organisations, including those with AI projects already under way.
You receive
Written advice with prioritised opportunities across strategy, training, operations and marketing, and one recommended first step.
Per opportunity
An owner, a metric, what the step requires from your organisation and a decision point.
Duration
One half-day, on site or online. The written advice follows within a few working days.
Afterwards
Each area has its own possible next step. You decide whether to proceed and who to work with.

The introduction

Agree the direction before choosing an application

  1. IntakeBeforehand

    Understand the situation

You answer a short questionnaire. We agree who will attend and what AI initiatives are already under way.

  2. SessionOne half-day

    Weigh the opportunities

We discuss your situation and each area, weigh value and feasibility, and name what we would leave aside for now.

  3. AdviceWithin a few working days

    Written advice

You receive the written advice, then a half-hour call to answer questions about the reasoning and recommended step.

  • One view across the organisation

You weigh opportunities together, so scattered initiatives do not set the agenda by default.

  • Responsibility from the start

You identify an owner and a metric for each opportunity before committing time to building anything.

  • A clear decision point

You agree when to review progress. Stopping is as orderly as continuing.

The introduction

Good to know

Who needs to be in the room?
Someone from the leadership or management team and, ideally, the owner of the most pressing issue. You do not need the whole IT department involved to begin.
What do we need to prepare?
Just the short intake: your main goals, sticking points and AI initiatives already under way. You do not need to send large data exports.
What if we already have AI projects running?
We include them when weighing the opportunities, looking at who owns them and which metric would help with the next decision.
Who from Upsider attends?
An Upsider lead strategist guides the introduction and discusses the written advice with you.
What does the introduction cost?
We discuss that when scheduling. The scope of the introduction and the written advice are set out above.
